So, Covid messed up the time tables of everyone, so letters were a little late this year. I called my taxing authority because I was worried. TTP was as good as their word and dropped my valuation by a pretty good percentage. Glad to have them in my corner.

Dallas property taxes seem to increase every year. Texas Tax Protest did a nice job of doing the research to get the comps in my neighborhood to fight the increase on my behalf. They were incredibly successful, and I would highly recommend using them.

One less thing to worry about. Taxes are too high, and the team at Texas Tax Protest handles the hassles of argument with the County which can be time consuming. Only issue is I wish the amount of savings could be a bit more than we got, but good service. Any savings is better than none.

I honestly think the cost of service is high. You have to pay 50% of what they save you but they are on top of the yearly battle of the gov. trying to raise your property taxes. The gov. knows it's a hassle to go down to their offices yearly to fight them on the constant raising of property taxes. So having this co. just take care of this every year, with their experience. I've noticed that the gov. tries to raise in smaller increments when Texas Tax is on your team. If the notice you don't fight the raises, then they really jump the values up. If these guys would reduce their fees down to a +25% to them for money saved, I sign a long term contract with them. Besides their 50% fee, I'd say this company is a A++

It has been very efficient and easy way to reduce my property tax annually. I used to do the appeals myself, but it takes too much time and effort to drive up to hwy 290, sit at the tax office and maybe get a few thousand off my property value assessment.

They have helped me lower my tax rate tremendously!

Part of doing business with the city is responding to the city assessment. Your silence is their gain. You need to respond. Having this team ready to go to fight in your name addresses that need with a minimum of your effort. It's a great value for what you get in the long term.

I have used Texas protestors for several years and they have always helped me when they were able. They have always been profession and respectful to me while trying to get my taxes lowered each year. I don't have to do anything, they just try every year, when they can lower my taxes they do and just send me a bill, if not they just send a letter letting me know they will try again next year. I have referred several people to them and each one was very satisfied.

I've used this firm for over 10 years, and they have never failed to provide me with a tax reduction! I definitely recommend them!! It's much easier than trying to do it on your own, which btw I did twice, and I didn't enjoy nearly as much success.
